Section Officer-I
- All Administrative matters of Chief Minister’s Secretariat Staff including grievances redressal.
- All actions regarding code of conduct of employees being dealt under APT Rules 1974, E&D Rules 1973.
- Matters relating to Chief Minister’s Dispensary and Ambulance.
- Management of Chief Minister’s Secretariat Staff (Officers & Officials & auxiliary staff
- Allotment of Servant Flats / Quarters.
Section Officer-II
- Purchase of New vehicles.
- Allotment of vehicles / Transport & Logistics of Officers & Official.
- Repair & maintenance of vehicles including vehicles detailed with Honourable Chief Minister, Sindh.
- POL provision.
- Fleet of Honourable Chief Minister, Sindh
- Transfer and posting of drivers in consultation with Section-I / Admin.
Section Officer-III
- All financial matters (Procurement, Audit & Accounts).
- Issuance of service cards.
- Physical possession of offices / residential accommodation, its maintenance, renovation & repair and the cases of Self-hiring in consultation with Estate Office, SGA&CD.
- Issuance of Assembly passes.
- Tasks related to the Provincial Assembly Sessions and Committee Room at Sindh Sectt. (7th floor on regular basis).
- Cases of Bank Loans.
- Re-imbursement of medical claims of employees of Chief Minister Secretariat.
- Maintaining Discretionary Grant / Financial Assistance Accounts.
- All financial matters (Procurement, Audit & Accounts).
- Issuance of service cards.
- Physical possession of offices / residential accommodation, its maintenance, renovation & repair and the cases of Self-hiring in consultation with Estate Office, SGA&CD.
- Issuance of Assembly passes.

Incharge, R&I Branch
- Managing receiving and issuance of the all kind of Dak of Chief Minister’s Secretariat / House.
- Maintaining Inward and outward register.
- Ensure the bar code on all kind of Dak
Deputy Director I.T
- IT Wing (MIS & Dashboard)
- Submission of monthly attendance through Biometric System
- Information, Science & Technology Department
Chief Comptroller
- Matters related to Sanitation, Food, Managing Dinners, Parties, Meetings and Events hosted on behalf of Chief Minister, Sindh through Comptroller / Assistant Comptroller and other staff provided by Administration as Head Cook, Cook, Assistant Cook, Masalchi, Hamal / Malhi, Farash, Valet, Orderly, Sweepers, Bearers, Naib Qasids Clerical Staff, etc.
- Other matters of Chief Minister’s House with the assistance of Administration Section.
Senior Medical Officer-I
- To arrange / administer mandatory vaccination of kitchen staff of Chief Minister’s Secretariat / House, such as, typhoid and other chronic diseases.
- To conduct eye checkup of drivers working in Chief Minister’s House, particularly those working with Honourable Chief Minister, Sindh.
- To work as a Focal Person regarding liaising with main hospitals of Karachi.
- All matters related to COVID-19.
Senior Medical Officer-II
- To checkup / examine hygiene standards in the kitchen of Chief Minister’s Secretariat / House and the staff working there and checkup / examine food items, cooked and uncooked food.
- Advice / comments on Medical reimbursement cases.
- Coordination and supervision of matters related to Dispensary of Chief Minister’s Secretariat / House.
- Coordination and supervision of matters related to VIP Ambulance of Chief Minister’s Secretariat / House.
Communication Officer
- Submission of cases regarding Telephone matters, new connection demand notes payment of Telephone Bills.
- Process of Purchase / installation of all kinds of Communication appliances / instrument.
- Maintenance of inventory & dead stock Register and maintenance of Telephone Exchange / Telex Office.
- Maintenance of Telephone Directory of Chief Minister’s Secretariat / House and other related officers.
- Process the Telephone matters with T&T/ A.O.
